Violin Video Lesson: The Many Stories of Bill Fitzpatrick: The Accident

So I was in an auto accident in Ohio and it was early in the morning around 5:00, and my friend who was driving had fallen asleep at the wheel. We swerved and hit a two pronged sign which meant that I hit the windshield first and then was thrown out of the car a hundred feet or so. Luckily there was a truck driver behind us who saw it all and called the police who sent an ambulance. As I awakened on the side of the road though I remember something that I'm not very proud of, and that is I asked first about my violin and then asked about my friend. This was a totally sad statement about where my head was at the time. But that said oddly my grandmother had offered to buy an airplane ticket to NY for me as she had a bad feeling about the drive. She had premonitions quite a bit.
